We are a nurse-led skin care clinic specialising in providing laser and aesthetic treatments to help you look good and feel good. The laser treatment produces an excellent, prolonged hair reduction in just a few sessions, with no relevant side effects. On average, up to 40% reduction of unwanted hair is achieved after each laser treatment. Suitable for most skin types.

Is the hair removal treatment painful?

Laser hair removal is a gentle, non-invasive process and requires no anaesthetic. Most people feel nothing more than a slight warmth or tingling sensation.

How many treatments will I need?

Many factors influence hair growth - age, ethnicity, weight, metabolism medication and hormones all play a part where and when hair grows. Following your consultation and patch test, you will be advised of realistic expectations.

Is the treatment safe?

Yes. The Laser Clinic Ltd provides you with safe, effective and proven technology. All treatment is carried out by Registered Nurses who have extensive laser experience and hold the BTEC Advanced Award in laser and IPL applications.

What areas of the body can be treated?

All areas, as the treatment is gentle and non-invasive it can provide effective treatment for all areas of the body. *

Is it suitable for men and women?

Yes, men find it particularly beneficial for excessive facial and back hair.

*The area immediately surrounding the eye is unsuitable for treatment.

Is it suitable for all hair colours?

Laser hair removal has provided an effective solution for millions of people looking to rid themselves of unwanted hair.

However, lighter hair has too little melanin (pigment) to provide an effective target for the laser so people with white, grey, blonde, red and vellus hair have not been suitable candidates for laser hair removalâ€¦ until now!
