DepiLight Hair Removal
A major new breakthrough in long term hair removal - a step beyond lasers. A quick, safe, gentle and effective treatment for all areas of the face and body. Not suitable for a dark skin complexion or blonde hair.

Intense Pulsed Light (IPL)
Hair growth and its management is an emotional and social issue throughout the world, and women in particular are subject to enormous pressure to conform to social and cultural norms. The development of laser and intense pulsed light systems has made long-term hair reduction possible for all skin types.

Hair removal by laser and Intense Pulsed Light uses selective photothermolysis to destroy the regeneration of cells of the hair follicle. The light is absorbed by melanin in the hair, creating heat that travels down the hair into the hair follicle. The structures of the hair follicle are destroyed by the heat, preventing re-growth of hair from the follicle.

The skin may become slightly red for a few hours immediately following treatment . The hair is pushed out by the surrounding skin renewal, and so results are seen after several days. Typically 6 to 12 treatments are required.
