Cannelle is a French beauty salon company, which means that we practice French beauty therapies. All our therapists are trained to meet stringently high standards in French Beauty techniques when they join the Cannelle team. Cannelle is owned and operated by France Baudet whose mission is to bring French beauty to England.

We now have 3 salons and are growing all the time; we started 8 years ago in Summertown. The training the therapists receive in France is world class, the courses run for up to 5 years, far longer than UK courses.

All our staff are highly qualified, in many cases the most highly qualified therapists for miles around. The advice you will receive will be based on not only the information and conversations we have with you, but also through our knowledge and understanding of your skin type.

Our Oxford salon is registered with the Healthcare Commission for the provision of skin rejuvenation and permanent hair reduction treatments using the HarmonyÂ® Alma Lasers Aria system, a multi-application pulsed light technology system using Advanced Fluorescence Technology (AFTâ„¢). This state-of the-art technology offers clients fabulous results in skin rejuvenation as well as permanent hair reduction treatments. For all IPL treatments follow up treatments may be required. IPL PERMANENT HAIR REDUCTION is a painless and highly effective treatment for removing hair from unwanted areas. Because this treatment works by lasers absorbing the pigment in skin and hair it is not suitable for red, white or blonde hair and extremely dark skin tone. Prices below are per session. A minimum of 6 -12 sessions is usually required to remove all unwanted hair depending on hair and skin colour.

How does AFT pulsed light technology work? (the science bit!) During photoepilation, the pigment (melanin) within hair absorbs the light and converts it into heat.
